1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Zaroz Cloud services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Zaroz Cloud provides cloud hosting services including game servers, virtual private servers, container applications, and related infrastructure. Services are provided on a subscription basis and billed monthly.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services to:

• Host content that is illegal under applicable law
• Send unsolicited bulk email or conduct phishing attacks
• Perform denial-of-service attacks against any host
• Mine cryptocurrency without explicit written permission
• Resell services without a reseller agreement

5. Payment

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and billed monthly. Invoices are due on the billing date. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment after a 7-day grace period.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Services remain active until the end of the current billing period. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zaroz Cloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
